Task 1. In order to explain the effect of globalisation on national economies, you will make/conduct an interview with
the key managers of your company in order to understand how globalisation has affected (positively and
negatively) the development of your company; how this affected the community in which your company is
operating, the regional economy (in the three areas of sustainable development : economic, social and
environmental) and consequently the national economy.
If you are not currently employed, you should choose a company that allows you to make an analysis on how
globalisation has impacted its business development and activities locally, and their impact on national
economies. Examples: Michel et Augustin, Armor Lux, Renault, Peugeot…
Document to be delivered: a short analysis report (2 to 3 pages report)
