In order to understand corporate governance issues, you will analyse the main corporate governance crises that
took place at WORLD COM, ENRON, VIVENDI UNIVERSAL. You will identify the corporate governance
weaknesses that have been identified and their consequences on companies as well as the social and societal
consequences of these crisis.
Document to be delivered: Analysis report. Synthesis of American and French corporate governance
crisis (2 to 4 pages)
